Their are many wondaful renovated stone cottages which have been passionately renovated on Pico island. Most of them are call Adegas which is a type of wine house. But people here consider them there pride and joy. In many cases they still make wine in some of them too. This type of stone renovation is very traditional of Pico island styling.

The building can be renovated without new plans draw if the foot print is not change.
